Whatever your anxiety or trauma is about, we can help! We are a team of therapists that work extensively with anxiety provoking issues. These could be about relationships, life events, or any negative experience that is holding you back. "Imperfections are not inadequacies; they are reminders that we're all in this together.”
― Brené Brown

As a scholar, I graduated among the top in my class and received a diverse and enriching education throughout the process. I graduated with honors several awards and most of all positive relationships among faculty, staff and peers alike.

During my career and training, I have worked in very diverse settings, giving me extensive experience and a wide range of abilities. I have worked for some of San Diego’s most notable non-profit community agencies such as Community Research Foundation, Women’s Resource Center (WRC), Casa De Amparo and Palomar Family Counseling Service. I have taken on supervisory responsibilities and worked in coordination with many community agencies such as law enforcement, the judicial system, Child Welfare Services and hospitals. During this time, I received recognition for my service and commitment to going above and beyond for my clients and team members.

I have made the decision to move into private practice, most simply put, because of importance I place on the quality of care of the clients I serve. I place high value on integrity, strong customer service and authenticity which I bring to the therapeutic relationship.

As far as my personal background, I am a Southern California born and raised Mexican-American. In my spare time I enjoy music, concerts, art, theater, singing, dancing, reading, learning, laughing and spending time with my family, friends and animals.

I love working as a therapist because of the assistance and hope counseling has brought within my own family and life. I believe though assisting individuals, couples and families within the community with genuine kindness, I can make a positive impact through my work.

My mission is to stand alongside my clients and offer support, listen, and provide tools and skills for healing and growth. I find importance in providing a safe and welcoming environment and aim to provide clients with a respectful, warm, empowering and nonjudgmental safe space throughout our relationship.
