Krista Cheuk, MFT Intern
"What is the story you want to tell with your life?
This is a question that both challenges me personally and defines my work as a therapist.
Sometimes it can feel like our circumstances define us. When we are overwhelmed by anxiety, relationship issues, and the burdens of past trauma, it becomes so easy to forget what we want our lives to look like and who we want to be. When we get to this place, we often lose hope.
As a therapist, I want to get to know your story - who you are, your daily struggles, your dreams, your defining relationships and help you find your hope again. We do have the capacity to define our own personal stories, and I want to walk alongside you as we work to figure out your's."
