Guenette du Ville, LMFT
"Are you struggling with a life transition? Navigating through a significant change is distressing, even overwhelming. Through support in therapy, you can gain the skills and self-confidence to go through these difficult times. I would like to create a safe, inviting space where you can bring all of who you are. I will help you work through your doubts and recover your sense of self, as well as give you concrete, strength-based skills to help you resolve your anxiety and rediscover your path toward your goals. Together, we will go through a process of self-discovery and growth where we work through pain and hardships as well as celebrate joys and successes."

Professionalism with Heart: You deserve respect and empathy while exploring your personal issues. Armed with years of experience, I will work with your individual self, supporting you and bringing out the strengths you have. Our sessions will be personal, exploring issues you want to examine, toward the goals you want to accomplish.
Your Whole Self: As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, I look at you within your whole context, internally and externally. This means that we will be talking about your mental and physical state, as well as your spirituality, ideals, emotions and thought processes. In addition, we will discuss your relationships with your family, friends, significant others, and your culture. All of these elements make up who you are, complex and unique.
Growth: In order to resolve your issues, you will learn concrete skills to overcome your struggles. These skills may include communication skills, relationship skills, and working with your thought processes and feelings, among others. In learning to approach a situation, or even yourself differently, you will learn to create solutions not only in your current situation, but also in future life transitions.
